Here’s how coaching calls work…
You have a situation that you can’t seem to get over. We set up a time, connect via Zoom video or audio conferencing (I’ll send you a simple link to join our call post-purchase), and focus on that issue for either 30 or 60 minutes (choose below) until you have the clarity and knowledge to tackle and overcome it.
These coaching calls really are the best way to resolve a singular specific issue in the short term. Whether it’s doing exercises on the call with me or having me analyze a specific situation or problem, it really is amazing what can be accomplished.
Many people also use these coaching calls every few weeks to have someone keep them accountable and give them specific things to work on and improve over a longer period of time.
Common coaching topics include: handling the no contact rule, reviving a relationship nearing a breakup, navigating modern dating, figuring out why your relationship failed, building better habits, overcoming neediness, and getting back with an ex.
